The Carter School of Taekwon-do are members of the International

Taekwon-do Federation (I.T.F) and based in Norfolk and Cambridgeshire.

The International Taekwon-do Federation was founded on March 22, 1966, by General
Choi Hong Hi in Korea and brought to the United Kingdom in 1967 by the now 9th
Dan First Grand Master Rhee Ki Ha
